Do you build the project yourselves?＋
No. We're the consultants behind the plans, drawings, calculations and site supervision. Contractors build; we make sure it's built right.
What size of projects do you take on?＋
From single-plot residences to district hospitals and township master plans. If it needs engineering rigour, we can scope it.
Do you work outside Thimphu?＋
Yes. We've delivered projects across all 20 districts of Bhutan, from Paro and Punakha to Bumthang and Gelephu.
How do you charge?＋
Most engagements are fixed-fee or percentage-of-cost, depending on scope. We share a written proposal after a free scoping call.
How soon can you start?＋
For most briefs, within two to four weeks. Urgent work can usually be accommodated — mention your deadline in the enquiry form.
Can you take a project from soil test to handover?＋
Yes. All fifteen+ disciplines sit in one studio so we can carry an entire project end-to-end without third-party handoffs.
