How we work
Building a hospital, step by step.
You can't start construction on day one. Every project passes through six technical stages — and United Consultancy leads the first five so the contractor can build with confidence.

Survey the land
Boundaries, topography, slopes and drainage — measured to the millimetre.
02→
Test the soil
SBC, SPT, CPT and lab tests confirm what the ground can safely carry.
03→
Design the building
Architecture, structure, MEP, fire, HVAC and interiors — coordinated in one model.
04→
Estimate & tender
BOQs, budgets and tender packages so contractors bid on a level playing field.
05→
Supervise construction
On-site quality control against the drawings, schedule and budget.
06→
Hand over
Commissioning, as-builts and handover to the client and end users.
Only after all six stages are complete does the contractor lay the first brick. Our job is to make sure it stands, safely.
